Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the KarvIQ website (karviq.in) and the KarvIQ mobile apps, operated by Progranza, based in India. By creating an account or using KarvIQ, you agree to these terms.

The service

KarvIQ is a vehicle record app: it helps you track service history, store documents, get renewal reminders, and share a vehicle’s record with family. KarvIQ is currently in early access — features, availability, and pricing may change as we build.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you add (vehicle details, service records, documents) and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use KarvIQ.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use KarvIQ for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload documents or content you don’t have the right to share.
• Attempt to access another user’s data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt KarvIQ’s infrastructure or attempt to reverse-engineer the app.

Family sharing

If you invite a family member to a vehicle, you’re confirming you have their consent to share that vehicle’s service history, documents, and renewal dates with them.

Your content

You own the vehicle information and documents you upload. We only use them to provide KarvIQ’s features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

KarvIQ helps you organize and remember vehicle information, but it doesn’t replace professional mechanical, legal, or insurance advice. Renewal reminders and AI-extracted bill data are provided as a convenience — always verify against your original documents.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as KarvIQ evolves. We’ll update the effective date above when we do.
